"Palazzo Giovanni was a nice stay. It was on a lemon and orange orchard and the host showed a lot of pride in his property. He was very accomodating. The B&B is about 30 min from Taoromina, but a quick 10 min walk and you're at the waterfront! The breakfast is held on the roof. It's super nice and has a view of Mt. Etna."

"I felt like I could have been in a Room with a View - The gentle sunshine, the old house hidden in lemon trees, stone floors, views of Etna, family dinners. The family that runs the place are grandchildren of the owner. A friendly dog, Lily, is the official greeter. Everything is clean, rustic, the food is good and you feel very at home. Everywhere you look is a picture. We slept well. It is not far out in the country at all, but it feels very far away. A great place. We ate breakfast and dinner. One night we had the pasta the “class” had made that afternoon. "

"Hotel is a bit difficult to find with GPS. Rooms and hotel were very clean. Breakfast was very nice as was dinner. The cleaning staff were talking in the hotel corridor outside of the room at 8am, when we were trying to sleep. The hotel is located on the main street, and the room was located right above the street, which was very noisy with people revving up motorcycles until 12 midnight, which again made for difficult sleeping. The hotel staff was very helpful in assisting us with unloading our luggage from our car and taking it up to the room and also when we left. "
