「It was nice, workers were」

「I cannot review this hotel as we never stayed there. Hard to find the hotel when there is not a sign outside. Upon check-in we were told that Expedia over booked around 40 people. So we did not have a room. We were not able to find a room as we were in town for a concert and they were booked. The only positive was I got a full refund after talking to Expedia. 」

「It is a no Smoking motel however you can step out on you balcony and smoke. Well the hallways were full of smoke. Noisy neighbors and a barking dog in the building. The bathroom was tiny. Toilet was literally the sink it was so close very uncomfortable 」

「Property needs a little attention. First impressions are important. Breakfast was subpar. Maybe rethink brand of coffee pay attention to the small things. Love the access to the ice. Cleaning staff very friendly. Room was very clean.」

「Upon entering both rooms that were booked we turned around and demanded a refund. Room was dirty, there was a hole where the peep hole was supposed to be, dirty bed and bedding. Pillows and mattresses were stained and completely flat. Not to mention the yellow hand print on the bathroom wall. Another guest advised us to leave before we even got to the rooms. I still have yet to get my refund. This place should be closed down. 」

「This is such a great property!!! The staff is always friendly and courteous. The rooms are clean and well thought out. The location is great. The Hyatt Place has become our go to when in Lincoln. 」

「I booked a double room with a tub - was told at check in they didnt have that room type - found out on day two that was a lie - was charged for parking even though it said that parking was free - dinner each night had a guy serving food with long long hair and no hair net gross - oh and he was a very grumpy guy also - food kept running out - drinks in the evening had to stand in line to get one for 15-20 minutes each night 」
