「Really great people in every aspect of the place. From front desk to concierge (Carol) to ski (Nathan) and parking valet, all great! Some aspects of the rooms are just beginning to get a little worn and dated - to be expected in a ski resort. Absolutely great location!」

「Great location with the Sinclair Station 200 yards away and the Brown Line Bus Stop across the street. Hot Tubs and pool were awesome, but could stay open later in the evening. Love the layout of the unit. We put the kids upstairs and enjoyed the lower level for the adults. It was nice to have DirecTV too. Two showers made it easy for us to get ready each day. The kitchen had everything we needed. We are planning to book again for the next ski trip. 」

「The Village is in a great location. Unit was clean and comfortable. Major problem is that you advertise free parking and they do not comply with that. You need to fix that and I also blame The Village management as they should have honored what you advertised seeing the are affiliated with you. The staff where not helpful. 」

「Overall a great experience! We have stayed here before. This time the people above us were so insanely loud starting at 5am everyday and that made it hard to sleep and hard for our baby to sleep. The property itself was great, pool was fun and warm. We even got to experience an elk close up, from a safe distance as he mingled around the property. Check in was easy, parking simple, loved taking the shuttle to town so easily. Staff was patient and friendly. Room was clean and everything was...

「Simply the best. Great location, ski in ski out to multiple lifts. Great rooms, spacious. Wonderful breakfast and next to the TBar and One Ski Grill areas. Easy parking, easy in and out, and the BEST people. Shuttle to town a piece of cake and gondola is right there!」
