"Tres décu par le site hotels.com Il n'y a aucune section sur l'application pour recevoir des messages. Je n'ai reçu aucune notification comme quoi l'hôte avait envoyé des messages. Cela ne passe que par des emails et ce jour-là il y avait une panne informatique mondiale, dont une panne avec mes emails. ..."
