Surprisingly wonderful hotel a few km. from downtown TJ. Quiet, spacious and comfortable bed/room. Strong wifi and pleasant staff. Plenty of supermarkets and restaurants very closeby!

This hotel is wonderful. The staff is friendly, rooms are clean and big. Brought my daughter and i felt very safe. The only issue was there was road construction totally out of the hotels control that was very noisy. But stopped aroung 10pm.

This is a decent hotel. The room is spacious and clean. I felt very safe at the hotel even with my car. The only thing I would add for the management is to have a policy where they ask customers to give them feedback right away while the customers are still there. There are differences in business practices between different countries & cultures. The only part that I wasn't a fan of was at the battery powered smoke detectors were all beeping constantly throughout the night. Which means the batteries were low. If they had been more responsive they could have replaced the batteries so we weren’t hearing them beep all throughout the night. Besides that everything else was fine.
