I was very happy and always recommended this place; however, this last stay was very disappointing adn embarrasing. As I was checking out, the receptionist told me to wait since the room was getting inspected. I agreed. Then she advised that they were going to take $50 dollars out of my deposit because one of the sheets were stained. Females will understand what I mean. I do not agree with the high charge for it; on top of it, she telling me in front of other guests. Total embarrassment. Not ever coming back to this hotel.

Check in mixed feelings someone will make you believe they are there for you then you find out is not real but going back and asking a second time another staff member we got helped with check in real quick ....staff at restaurant very helpful great food good variety sunday brunch staff will offer to bring mimosas to your table and broiled carne asada tacos also got offered broiled oysters at your table besides other good very well prepared dishes very aromatic tasty auntentic food with herbs real cuisine not generic ...good brunch and good job to kitchen staff !

Everything you need is at your fingertips - including food and drinks. The staff is super professional and friendly. I have to mention Claudia who checked us both in and out in an efficient and friendly manner. She could train others in the hospitality world on how to treat customers! Fernando assisted with luggage and finding everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable.
