"The receptionist is the best ever! I feel the need to send her a little gift. She was so helpful and kind from start to finish and going above and beyond to help me during our stay. Helping me find rides, taxis in the rain, suggestions, book massage and spa, etc. I wish the room would have been a little cooler but that’s my only complaint. 100/10 recommend this hotel. "

"Lovely hotel but a bit dated, could do with a refurb. In saying that, the rooms and bathroom were spacious and clean. Pool area nice, added bonus of private beach area. Hotel was all inclusive and drinks 24/7. Would recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again. The area of Limone is gorgeous."

"Beautiful Hotel, with stunning view of the lake from the pool and dinning areas. Staff were happy to help and nothing was too much trouble. My Italian is poor but the staff were all happy to converse in English and made our stay even more relaxed. A beautiful room which included breakfast in the price and their own thermal outdoor pool. A stunning location and can't wait to return and stay again. As a bonus you can travel to Venice door to door in less than 2 hours (Taxi and then high speed train) from the hotel . Ciao Bella!"

"Hotel Serenella was fantastic. It was located in a wonderful old part of the town. The staff was welcoming and professional. Everything could be reached by walking and there were wonderful restaurants to eat. Directions from the Hotel were excellent and they were very quick in responding to any of your questions. "Accessibility to Lake Garda and nearby Riva was excellent, giving you alternatives for shopping, sightseeing and eating. The view of the lake was breathtaking and accommodation first class. The facilities inside the complex were exceptional. The staff were so friendly and hardworking and service was first class. I would happily return for another visit. "
