"Place was pretty good. Kitchen was well stocked but the provided cleaning products were awful. We had to buy our own. Also, there were only two toilet rolls for a week long stay, for three people and they charge to replenish them. The place looked nice but the quality of the fittings was low. Taps were loose and cabinets felt like they would break easily. The bed was like granite. The staff were lovely though. I can't compliment them enough. You have to buy a ridiculous green swim cap to go in the pool but thankfully, no one wore them. The outdoor pool is unheated, so don't bother if it's cold. Breakfast was pretty good. We indulged on the last day due to the terrible nature of the cleaning products, we didn't want to have to wash up in the morning before 10am check out. Overall, I'd stay there again as it was a good price. As a point DO NOT follow Google maps to the location or you will go up a very narrow, very steep path that leads to the back entrance of the property which is locked. Turning round requires a high degree of clutch control and a powerful car. Follow the signs to the hotel or you may die. The lady on reception casually told us this happens all the time. Well maybe do something about it then. "

"From check in to check we loved out stay. The beds were comfortable, the shower had lots pressure and plenty of hot water. We were happy to see an espresso machine with good coffee. We loved it here and would book again if the occasion arises. "

"Fabulous 10 day stay at this hotel. The reception staff were very friendly and always readily available to help you if required. Breakfast and pool facilities were excellent, and it is well situated for the short walk into Bardolino. The housekeeping staff did a great job - our room was always spotlessly clean. The hotel also arranged taxi transport (at a reasonable cost) to and from Verona airport. If we return to Bardolino we would certainly stay here again. "
