Lily at the front desk was friendly and helpful at checkin. The room and bathroom were clean and pleasant. The breakfast was very sparse with vending machines empty, the pancake maker did not work though there were syrup packets and paper plates in the garbarge, no fruit, and was out of coffee creamer after Christmas day. Person behind the desk Christmas day seemed uncaring even though it was Christmas day and everything was closed.

Their system was down during the first hour of check on time (obviously not their fault) but once it was back up they upgraded my room and didn't charge me for parking. They had great customer service despite the wait :)

The elevator to the rooms was not functioning, upon my entry to the room, 2 big roaches were on the floor, no towels or soap in the bathroom, the suite room needs upgrades, bathroom walls need some refinishing, in addition... a dirty freezer and shower courtin was old and ripped. Atrendant and staff were very kind and nice. Overall I felt safe and had a quiet night. As a wyndhan honors owner and member, i am very dissatisfied of this wyndham stay.

Lilly at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The room was clean but I had to exchange a washcloth that was stained and looked like it had seen better days. Tub was either dirty or stained so just sponge bathed this morning. AC worked well. Checked out before breakfast was ready so I am not sure how it was. Lilly was still working this morning and was still friendly with checkout.

Decent stay. Everything was clean and worked , and staff was nice. It has a weird smell throughout the hotel , but once you get past that it was fine. Door to our room was missing the security latch so we were uneasy about that as well.

It was adequate for an overnight stay. Poorly maintained building, funky smell throughout, dingy linens. Very limited breakfast. On the plus side, it was conveniently located near I 75 and the air conditioning was cold and the shower was hot with good water pressure. Price was good, but you get what you pay for which is fair.
