O espaço externo é maravilhoso, os quartos ok, chuveiro elétrico, toalhas no fiapo, café tem q chegar cedo se n já n encontra quase mais nada, no último dia tinha só 3 quartos com hóspedes o café quase não tinha opções, o serviço de quarto é somente a cada dois dias e nao fornecem detergente e esponja pra lavar a louça, e as camareiras não lavam a louça

Cozinha decepcionante em uma pousada encantadora

A localização é muito boa, fica entre 6 a 10 minutos do centro de Pipa e das principais praias. A pousada é muito bonita e o atendimento na recepção foi ótimo. ⚠️ Ponto de atenção: o atendimento da equipe da cozinha deixou bastante a desejar. O pessoal foi mal-educado em diversas situações. O café da manhã é servido das 07h30 às 10h30, mas se você chegar depois das 09h00, praticamente não tem mais nada — só os restos. Não há reposição adequada, e isso acontece independentemente do horário em que você chega. O ideal seria que todos os hóspedes tivessem acesso às mesmas opções, seja às 07h30 ou às 10h30. Em um dos dias, pedi talheres e prato, e a funcionária respondeu com má vontade, dizendo que ia repor. Esperei tanto que acabei pegando o pratinho da xícara. A reposição dos itens demorava muito, e vários hóspedes estavam reclamando. Teve até um dia em que encontrei um cabelo no ovo mexido. O hotel também oferece almoço e jantar, mas depois dessa experiência com o café da manhã, preferi não reservar nenhuma refeição adicional. ✨ Tirando isso, a pousada é muito boa. O único ponto negativo foi mesmo o serviço da cozinh

Excelente pousada! Muito confortável, o serviço e o atendimento são excelentes, e a localização permite chegar ao centro de Pipa (local com restaurantes) facilmente à pé. O café da manhã é excelente, e o local é maravilhoso!

Um bom local para descansar e momentos de lazer

O chalé com espaço muito bom e com uma boa opção de recursos/acessórios. Só estranhamos um pouco a cama que é de tamanho pequeno (acho que tamanho padrão/tradicional de cama de casal). Se fosse pelo menos uma queen size acolheria melhor. Fica a uma distância que possibilita ir ao 'centro' à pé; a facilidade do acesso, chegada/saída, é um outro ponto relevante e ainda com uma boa área de estacionamento.

Custo benefício

A hospedagem no geral é boa, a area comum como jardins, piscina e o café da manhã. Porem acredito que eles investem muito mais na area externa do que nos chalés. Nosso chalé era muito antigo e a area de dormir minuscula. Alem disso, eles colocam umas regras que pra mim não tem cabimento. Viajo o mundo e nenhuma hospedagem que já fiquei tem regras como as deles. Como por ex: nao poder passar roupa na cama, sendo que eles não disponibilizam outra possibilidade. Caso venha danificar alguma roupa de cama ou ate algo do chalé, eles cobram multa (acidentes acontecem), cobrar por algo que infelizmente pode acontecer em uma hospedagem é um absurdo. E por fim, nao achei a hospedagem muito perto do centro. Tem outras que estao melhores localizadas.

Lugar maravilhoso! Com uma ótima estrutura e boa localização. Apesar de não estar muito próximo do centro, está localizada próximo de supermercado e farmácia e a caminhada até a praia do centro é leve, boa de desfrutar a cidade. Atendimento excelente e boas dicas de passeio. A área de lazer e o restaurante são ótimos e bom café da manhã.
