Simples mas atende bem

A princípio nos informaram que havia um problema com nosso quarto e queriam nos transferir pra outra pousada. Isso já havia acontecido antes também. Me recusei a mudar de pousada e conseguiram resolver o problema. O quarto é bem antigo mas a localização é o atendimento são maravilhosos. O staff foi muito simpático e solícito a providenciar café da manhã, pois em nossa reserva não estava incluído. É uma pousada simples mas pra pouco tempo de hospedagem atende bastante.

A pousada em si é ótima. Porém eu esqueci uma camisa minha e quando voltei para pegar disseram que não foi encontrada. Fui duas vezes na mesma e fiquei esperando respostas no whats e até agora não tive retorno. Estou entrando em contato com hoteis.com para tentar resolver.

Pousada rústica.

É uma pousada rústica. Não tem luxo, tem um bom custo e benefício, limpa, muito bem localizada, da pra fazer tudo apé. Funcionárias muito atenciosas.

Boa localizacao.

Excelente localizacao. Atendeu muito bem às nossas necessidades. Só dois pontos que gostariamos de ter sido avisadoa antes: 1- nao nos mostrou a opcao de incluir cafe da manha no ato da reserva. Por causa disso, pensamos que o cafe estava incluso. 2- vimos que a pousada é pet friendly. Fizemos a reserva por conta disso, porem nao mostrava nenhuma informacao no ato da reserva sobre a taxa do pet. Quando chegamos, fomos informados que teriamos que pagar R$35,00 pelo pet. Claro que comcordamos com a taxa, mas deveria ter especificado em algum momento durante a reserva sobre o pagamento da mesma (assim como o café tambem). Nao tomamos cafe na pousada, pois achamos uma panificadora bem servida no centro da cidade, com um preço bem em conta.

Negativos A limpeza é muito simples, troca a toalha mas não troca o tapete do banheiro, que geralmente está com areia da praia, não varrem o quarto. Uma noite entrou uma barata no quarto, e não havia ninguém na recepção. Ao solicitar um inseticida pelo whatsapp só visualizaram e não responderam. Positivos A pousada é bem localizada, é um bom custo benefício.
