실제 호텔은 이미지와 너무 다릅니다 오래되고 냄새도 나고 외형만 보고도 너무 실망해 다른호텔을 예약하고 싶다는것

Just so so for business trip

I booked standard for good price. I was disspointed at Hotel's apperance first time. and after enter the room had another one. It's old style and seems not to manage well. Shower hose was almost out of order. In my case, I don't want to introduce to friends.

Favorite in Tianjin

I travel to China 6-8 times a year. I've stayed in many hotels. In Tianjin I've stayed in the Astor, the Westin and the Sheraton. Though not as lively as the Westin, or as charming as the Astor, it is the better all around hotel of the three. The staff is wonderful, the food in the restaurant is the BEST and the rooms are clean and comfortable. I can't speak for location or night life as, to me, it's pretty much the same anywhere in Tianjin. I will always stay at this hotel during my trips to Tianjin.

晚上散步很舒服

房间不大，还算干净。服务态度挺好的。主要有点是院子里散步比较舒服。在市区这就很不容易了。

5 star on the outside, 1 star cleanliness

I arrived and it took me 25 minutes to check in. There was not enough staff and the FOM was checking people in. When i eventually got to the front of line the FOM just walked away with out acknowledging I was there and just left me waiting. The Pool was one of the most disgusting things I've ever seen, with a strong smell of urine and things growing in the walk through pool that you was your feet in. The food at breakfast was fine but the seating was rather worn and needs replacing.

For a Sheraton Hotel, I am disappointed with this hotel. It a very old hotel, it was not well maintain at all - they used a thick masking tape to stick the plastic floor information on the lift (really cheesy)

低層の落ち着いたホテル

少し中心部からは離れていますが、低層（6階建て）で落ち着きのある雰囲気のホテルです。泊まった部屋は広々として清潔でとても居心地がよいホテルでした。

交通不方便 飯店整潔有待加強

這次入住期望很高，因為是五星級飯店．不過飯店外觀與內部都有點老舊．且叫了房間用餐服務，有一次吃到一半才發現有兩公分左右的蟲，雖房務人員很客氣，也讓我們此餐免費，但不承認是蟲．我想我以後不會來住了．

這次入住前已知道環境普通，且飯店老舊．所以看見房間還算乾淨，就覺得不錯．但點了兩次客房送餐，就有一次吃到一半出現2公分大的大蟑螂．飯店人員雖有道歉，且不算錢，但不承認是蟲，只推說是大蔥頭，實在讓人無法接受此飯店的管理品質．

decent old 3 star hotel in the middle of nowhere

old, shabby hotel, pretending to have 4 or more stars. far away from everything, internet costs over 10€ a day, old, used furniture, bathroom is small, shabby, stained, very bright lights. The room on the other side dark as hell. Dripping iron, only two mains sockets available.both under the table. Have fun ironing there. Service on the other side is very polite and friendly, the food is expensive, but good. As a whole, 3 stars hotel as a maximum. I can see no reason for anybody to ever go there, prices are up to 3 times higher than any other hotel of this class.. Getting in and out of there is taxi only, nearest metro station is 2,5km away.

天塔、水上公園近くの高級ホテル

北京から京津城際鉄路を利用して天津に旅行し、1泊2日の日程でこのホテルを利用しました。 天津駅と天津の中心街とも少し距離がありましたので、目的地によっては立地にやや難があるかもしれません。 ホテルはさすがシェラトンと思える豪華さで、客室も清潔で、スタッフの対応もとても親切で良かったです。

フロントスタッフの応対はよかったです。

天津への出張で１泊利用しました。　フロントスタッフの応対は非常に良く、次の日の北京行きのタクシーの手配とかも色々と親身になって要望を聞いてくれました。 残念だったのは、法人デラックスルームをとりグレードを上げたつもりだったのですが、窓からは隣のアパートメント棟の壁しか見えませんでした。　あと、夕食をビュッフェでとりましたが、値段の割にはちょっと高いかなと感じました。 部屋は清潔できれいでしたので、総じておすすめのホテルだと思います。

Good hotel overall. They messed up our booking and it took them a while to sort out although they did upgraded our room as a compliment. The internet charges were EXPENSIVE and no free WIFI in the lounge. Staff has good command of English.
