Quarto sujo, cabelo no lençol, banheiro quando cheguei tava alagado. Pedi pra eles enxugarem o banheiro, o que foi feito e no dia seguinte pedi pra trocar de quarto. O outro quarto tava mais organizado.

Gostei bastante do hotel por ser perto da mix Mateus e aceita pets. O clima é baste agradável nem usamos ventilador. O café da manhã começa bem cedo e as opções são excelente tudo muito gostoso. A noite tem uma excelente opção de refeição na rodoviária com o preço acessível e qualidade incrível.
Fui com minha pet e meu esposo ela ficou tranquila no ambiente o único ponto negativo é a questão da escada que não é muito agradável para pets por ser bem estreita. O quarto é confortável e limpinho.

A hospedagem é condizente com o que procurávamos,um lugar barato para uma viagem rápida.O diferencial desse hotel é a localização que é ótima,pra quem vai de ônibus,fica em frente a rodoviária,próximo a supermercado, restaurantes, farmácia entre outros.Eles também tem lanches para vender no próprio hotel.Bem simples ,mas tudo muito limpo e organizado.Tem estacionamento coberto.Atendimento bom!

Restos frios de ovos e carne no café da manhã. Demora para reposição dos alimentos. Roupas de cama aparentemente não haviam sido trocadas, com cabelos do hóspede anterior. Meus amigos do quarto vizinho tiveram de pedir troca de quarto, pois havia até cotonetes usados e tufos de cabelo no chão. Mal ventilado, janelas pequenas. Limo nos rejuntes e pia encardida. Já os funcionários são muito cordiais e prontamente atenderam aos pedidos de troca de roupas de cama. A localização do hotel é boa.

Hotel simples mas faz a diferença na gentileza dos funcionários que se esforçam pra receber muito bem. O grande inconveniente é uma enorme escada na chegada carregando grandes malas. Mesmo assim, a equipe de trabalho se esforçou em ajudar na subida e descida das malas.
