The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, quick to meet any requests or to suggest any nearby sights and/or activities. 「there's nothing close by the hotel, the only thing you can do is to go to the beach. You can order directly from the restaurant and have it sent to your room, because its too hot when the restaurants have no air conditioner. Definitely worth to upgrade to the room with your private jaccuzzi!」

「The design, service, and food were all excellent. Music was tasteful. Staff required some reassurance that we could handle spicy food inspite of being white. The resort is relatively quiet, remote, and secluded - for better or worse. Cocktails could have been stronger for the price. Overall we loved our time here!」
