"We had such a wonderful stay at La Siesta Hoi An Resort & Spa and truly felt looked after from the moment we arrived. The service from all the staff was exceptional — warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. A special thank you to Hoang, who took great care of us from day one and made sure our stay was comfortable and memorable. Breakfast each morning was absolutely fantastic. There was an incredible variety of options, and everything was fresh and beautifully presented. The staff in the restaurant were attentive and friendly, making every morning feel relaxed and enjoyable. The overall atmosphere of the resort was simply beautiful. The ambience throughout the property created such a calm and peaceful environment, allowing us to fully unwind and enjoy our time there. The resort facilities were also excellent, with lovely pool areas and great amenities that made it easy to spend the day relaxing without needing to leave. Even though we didn’t visit during the warmest season, we still had a fantastic experience and can only imagine how lovely it would be during the warmer months. We are already looking forward to coming back again and staying longer next time."

"The staff was friendly. The condition of the accommodations matches the price. Basic, not very comfortable beds. However, other reviews have stated that the AC did not work or they had problems with the water, but we did not have those issues. Overall a fine stay and location very close to historic quarter, but not particularly impressive or outstanding. "

"Amazing hotel in great location. Super clean throughout the hotel. Beds super comfy and bath tub in the room made it super romantic. Staff were very professional and friendly. Always there to help. Some had such great English they even had abit of banter! WiFi super fast and tv allowed you to watch Netflix if you log into your own account. Breakfast was great with the best baked beans outside of the uk. Omelettes were great too! Highly recommend this hotel and would stay in it again! "
