I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The front desk staff were extremely professional, welcoming, and helpful, making check-in smooth and stress-free. Staff was very friendly at check in. Room a whole nother story. I got bit by ticks bed bugs and a roach beat me to drinking my coffee. And as i walked it it was saturated with the smell of must, mildew, and just overall nasty. Beds were made made to look esthetically pleasing but when u pulled back the covers it just had flat sheets notting to protect u from the mattress so kind of weird. Checked in at 11 pm. We were exhausted but couldnt sleep so we got up n left at about 3 am. Just a horrible stay.

We stayed for 3 nights. We had a few issues upon arriving but the manager was very nice and accommodating. The room was nice, bed was very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and will be coming back soon.

Room was not ready when arrived to check in. We booked 2 rooms. My son booked 2 rooms ( had to wait 2hrs for their rooms to get ready.) They were supposed to have joining rooms due to having 4 little girls.. no they didnt. Just 2 separate rooms not a joining..but one of the rooms.was a joining to.another room. My brother booked a room(left due to room being gross) My 2 niece booked a room they arrived at 9pm on Friday(left at due to room being filthy.. ie blood on bedding) The breakfast area was filthy and not maintained. Room smelled moldy. Bedding had stains, towels had stains, ahower curtin was moldy, furniture had stains and not clean, floor feeled damp out whole stay. This was for family during a wedding.. I had several family members had to leave because their rooms were not cleaned at all. My son and his family rooms were not ready after arriving after 3. The lobby smelled. Over all i have never stayed in such a getto place in my live and was embarrassed that i had recommended thia place to my family. This was the most awful experience ever.
