"Our room was clean & tidy. The staff were pleasant & helpful. The breakfast, food in the evening & drink were good & reasonably priced. Overall we have no complaints & enjoyed our stay. Communication prior to our stay was good as the hotel kept us informed of any issues & events taking place. In the summer having direct access to the beach would be great for families. Yarmouth was not far to travel to. Thank you to all the staff. "

"Yet again, absolutely wonderful. Even though they were very busy on this occasion, they were still helpful and friendly. Breakfast is great as usual, lots of choices. I always have the cooked breakfast, the only silly thing, Whats with the beans in a ramekin, l like it on my plate(personal preference). However i just scooped them out onto my plate... easy. Not a negative review. Always wonderful. Love the place. Will most likely be staying again for a few days next time at the end of the month."

"Clean room, very friendly staff, just 5 minutes walking distance to Central Station, 15 to the Castle. Their motto “Affordable comfort for everyone” suits well. Will definitely consider this hotel when going to Norwich again."

"Excellent first rate property, room was perfect facing the quiet garden area. We sat out on the balcony and had coffee and tea in the morning. The night before had a swim and enjoyed the sauna, steam room and pool. Later had a wonderful meal in the ring room. If we’re in the region again, we’ll definitely stay, and hopefully for a little longer!"
