「Property is clean, easy to get to, well kept. Good first impression.」

「The breakfast was great. The room was clean. My door didn't catch/close completely, so when I left my room and returned all i had to do was push and it opened. We were actually locked out of the side door to get into the building but the front desk remedied that. One morning a couple brought their dog into the breakfast area and management was quick to ask them to take the dog out. They said their key card wouldn't open their door either. 」

「My bathroom had lots of hair in it from a previous guess . When checking out my card was charged although I paid thru hotels.com . It took 3 days for them to correct it. The manager stated as a courtesy my stay would be free . That was nice because I didn’t even ask for that . However it seems he went back on his word as I have yet to receive credit and no one is responding . This is actually the only hotel I visits when in Valdosta .
