"The room was disgusting and in poor condition. The remote control was visibly dirty, the tv had no signal, one of the lamps kept flickering, there was a bug in the bathtub and the bath water was discolored and had brown sediment in it when I tried to run a bath for my child, there was mold and hair in the fridge, the AC unit was broken and should be condemned. "

"Rooms were clean and comfortable and updated. Parking lot felt safe and well lit. Everything worked s expected."

"Check out is at 11 AM. We left to get breakfast. Came back at 10 o’clock to find they had already took all the towels and washcloths out of our room. Wow our room still had our belongings inside so I asked them for towels and wash clothes. They said that they didn’t have anymore and I said it well why did y’all take the ones we had in our room out when we have not checked out yet it’s only 10 o’clock. The guy said check out is at 11. I said OK that’s another hour and he said OK ma’am let me go ahead and get your towels and wash. and which they know they were in the wrong, which is why he know it let me go ahead and get you the towels and washcloths, but besides that all of our stuff was still in the room so why would you even go in there? Have they not did that I probably would have given them maybe a two Customer service is very poor"
