"The room was dirty. Dust all over shelves and bathroom counter had stuff all over it. The elevators were horrible and didnt work one night. Lots of false information like the price of valet parking, no room service or reward member welcome bags. "

"The staff and breakfast were great. Our room and bathroom however was not. Upon walking into our room, there was a live silverfish on the wall. We went to get ice from the ice machine and it contained mold. When we used the shower, the design was so poorly done, even with the curtain closed, water went everywhere outside the shower pan. We had to use all of our towels plus more from housekeeping to clean it all up after every shower. "

The front desk staff was very friendly, courteous, and greeted us everytime we walked in the hotel! The room was clean, comfortable and I was actually able to sleep! The curtains are room darkening, so you don’t get woken up by the sun, if you don’t want to be! "
