Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Die Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber die Freundlichkeit der MitarbeiterInnen macht diesen Markel wieder wett. Super Indoor Pool, gutes Frühstück und gute Ausgangslage die Stadt zu erkunden. Danke nochmal an das gesamte Team - you did. a great Job 😃

Property is located in a decent location, close to transport links, dining out options & tourist attractions. Lobby, dining areas, bar and swimming pool (located on the 9th floor) were great. Standard room & junior suite both pretty out dated.

A great place to stay
We had a lovely time, it’s in a great location for everything you want to do. Even meeting points for days out are with in walking distance. The only time we got a cab was to visit the old prison in the old town and that was because it’s up a very steep hill but we walked back down with no problems. The staff are extremely helpful and polite.

3 gece konakladik. Merkeze 15 dak.yürume mesafesinde , genel olarak memnun kaldığımız bir otel. Biraz eski ama temiz ve rahat. Kahvalti iyi idi. Otoparkın ücretli oluşu hoş olmadi. :(

After having asked for a quite room what a disappointment I know the hotel can’t guarantee if the people they put you next to are going to be talking loud and laughing and banging but each morning it was the same and I mean early early morning then dead on the dot the builder’s outside started so having had a two week holiday we went home extremely tired. On the plus side the room was a good size and clean, location was good but the best thing was the staff in the restaurant we paid for the evening meal and wasn’t disappointed and the lady who served us was exceptional the only other thing is the reception staff could be a little more clued up on bus times to the airport and where the bus goes from

The first room we got was very hot. The air conditioner only worked on heating and it was hard to breathe. They were very kind and changed us to a room on the back side of the hotel, where there is no direct sun and the room does not heat up that much. They helped us with everything we needed. The maids were nice and kind.

Not handicap friendly
The hotel rooms are really small and not wheelchair friendly at all despite them advertising that it is. The bathroom is tiny and does not accommodate handicapped. To use the bathroom my husband had to squeeze into an extremely small lift and go up to the 9th floor public rest rooms. The rooms are extremely out dated but it appears renovations are underway. Hopefully renovations include making the hotel more accomodating to handicapped. The room was clean though. The staff are friendly and welcoming and helpful, thank you for that. The location is adjacent a club on a busy street so there is some noise when the balcony doors are open.

Cet hotel Holiday Inn n’a pas les caractéristiques d’un hotel 5 étoiles par un manque de maintenance évident: safebox , télé ne fonctionnaient pas d’où un changement de chambre. Dans les 3 chambres que j’ai occupé, les toilettes dégagent une odeur d’urine permanente. D’autre part le petit-déjeuner est trés médiocre.
