Staff were friendly but we had a miss communication when we arrived at the hotel and then we got approached twice to sort the negative review out.
It was in a good location to enjoy the tiger reserve national park.
Food was good, although it takes a while to be prepared.
Our room wasn’t cleaned while we was out for the day but we told them when we got back and they made the beds for us.
We had to leave really early so they made breakfast for us which was very nice of them.
Pool looks nothing like the photos and is freezing cold and in the shade.
The view from the balcony was amazing.
The shower was temperamental and was hard to get it to stay at a good showering temperature.

Simple stay
For the price this was a decent stay, staff were warm and welcoming but didn't seem very clued up on local knowledge. We asked about help organizing a trip to the national park (the main reason people visit the area) and despite advertising this info on their website we were left with blank faces. Same thing happened when we asked about a car service. Otherwise for the price no complaints.
