Des problèmes de resa chez hôtel point com

Nous avions d abord réservé un autre etablissement Petit déjeuner compris Hôtel point com à annulé sans nous proposer autre chose , puis nous a rappelé trois quart d heure après et nous a proposé le britt hôtel. Nous avons dû payer en plus 20 euros pour les petits déjeuners ce qui n est pas normal

Avis très contrasté sur cet hôtel.

Avis très contrasté sur cet hôtel. Hôtel récent et très propre mais accueil peu aimable par la gérante grippe sou ! Petit déjeuner à 9 euros sur le site facturé à 9.50 euros, il 'y a pas de petit profit... Pour la chambre, c'est au choix : clim bloquée sur 23 avec bruit important ou sans clim et sans bruit, mais manque d'oxygène dans la nuit et maux de tête au réveil car pas d'entrée d'air dans les fenêtres !... Le matin, ne comptez pas sur le bonjour de la fille de la patronne aussi hautaine que sa mère... Pains et viennoiseries industriels décongelés peu avenants, eau marque cristalline dans la chambre, la moins cher du marché...A quand une carafe du robinet ?

Booked that location to be close to family and had a last minute change in our vacation plans . Hotel staff was great to accommodate us and provide an extra bed . I have really nothing bad to say about our stay , rooms are super clean , breakfast was delicious with plenty of local products and everything was fresh . It's located 5 minutes walk from downtown Theix and it's central from most vacation spots in Brittany. Staff was super friendly and I would definitely book there again. Some amazing creperies in the area by the way ;)

Très bon accueil. Hôtel très propre et surtout très bien entretenu. Bonne literie et très calme malgré la voie rapide qui passe non loin. Restaurant à 30 mètres ou l'on dine très bien ! Enfin le petit-déjeuner est copieux avec de bon produit. En résumé une très bonne adresse

Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable room/bed, conveniently located near the highway but very quiet. Nice breakfast. Room clean (but not the wc area.. the only fault). Free parking.

This was a hotel we picked on whilst en route for its convenience, just of the main road with secure parking and an enjoyable restaurant. First time in a Brit hotel and very pleased.
