"Did not feel like a 5 star hotel. No normal greeting or help with luggage at arrival, hotel is a little worn, buffet at 25 Euro not worth it. Some of the fruit was canned and not fresh. Sunset was beautiful. "

The customer service was outstanding as well — staff were always friendly, helpful, and made the stay feel special. The beach was another highlight: clean, well-kept, and a beautiful place to relax. On the other hand, there isn’t much to do around the hotel outside of the property, so if you’re looking for activities or exploring the area, options are quite limited. Also, the evening entertainment was only in French, which made it hard to fully enjoy if you don’t speak the language."
