「 Our family was at the Aurora Inn for one night on our way to Pennsylvania; it was so nice we wish we could have stayed longer. We arrived early evening (with 2 hungry grandchildren). After checking in and finding our room we decided to eat in the hotel restaurant as it was after 7. The wait staff was great; put us in an out of the way booth to accommodate our 2yr old and 7yr old grands, who were hungry and tired. And the food was fabulous! My husband really loved the turntable in the room and...

「We originally booked hotels, indigo in Cleveland downtown. When we arrived, they rudely told us we were at the wrong hotel and sent us 20 miles to what they said was the correct hotel. We were told that sometimes hotels.com will book the next closest hotel of the same franchise if they are sold out, I don’t know if this is true or not, but it was not convenient for us. Ultimately the hotel we stayed at was very charming, and the staff was very friendly.」
