"This has been one of the worst places I’ve ever stayed. I booked through Expedia and had a confirmed reservation, but upon arrival after an 8-hour drive, the front desk informed me it was canceled—which was not true. I was then asked to pay more, only to be given a dirty room with roaches and unclean towels, later switched to another poor room. The whole process took 1.5 hours late at night, and I’m still unsure who will refund the extra amount I paid"

"You get to the lobby and feel like you can't breathe, the smell of cigarrets and weed is too much. I got there very late, there was a guy asking to borrow hot spot and walking around, but the lady at the lobby was very nice and helpful. "

"Another great stay at this convenient Four Points by Sheraton hotel. I love the convenience to the Fairgrounds and downtown Raleigh. The warm breakfast (paid slightly extra in rate for it) is totally worth it-- just remember it ends at 9:30AM even on the weekend so plan your sleep accordingly! There is a restaurant within walking distance too- The Local- if you want to stay close by and not go too far that is an option as well."
"When i pulled up the outside of the building looked run down and i asked what did i get myself into? But my fears were put at ease when going inside. Nice clean lobby, friendly efficient check in. Room could use an air freshener, but thats just me. Room is a nice size, very clean bright. Overall a great stay!"

"Great Value! Front Desk staff is friendly and helpful. They had at least 1 (usually 2) staff at the front desk 24/7. It is definitely a budget level hotel, but with better service. The rooms are older but if you’re not nitpicking and want a budget option this is an excellent choice. Location is very convenient to most places in Raleigh/Durham. I will definitely stay here again. The pool is closed, which was the only disappointment. I’m a smoker, and they have a front and back porch area that was amazing. This is really hard to find anywhere these days. "

"We stayed at Sonesta ES Suites Raleigh Durham Airport Morrisville the night before dropping our son off at college, and the manager’s kindness and attention made all the difference. When the pull-out couch mattress in our first room was too warped for our son to sleep comfortably, the manager personally dragged in a spare mattress so he could rest well. The very next day, as soon as another room became available, they moved us so our son could have an even better night’s sleep before the big day. "
