「Staff went out of their way to help me with my bags, the room was really lovely and had a balcony with a wonderful view of the beach. Location was amazing. Be aware that it is a venue for live music, the Sunday night I stayed the band was playing downstairs until about 11pm. Would absolutely stay here again!!」

「The hostel is cosy and social. It’s not a party hostel, but people do socialise in the kitchen. The beds are the drawback here - they are rickety and every time someone moves in their bed, you can hear the springs. Also my bed moved every time the guy in the top bunk rolled around. I’m 193cm and couldn’t stretch out in the bed. Difficult to sleep. If you value your sleep, find another place. 」

「Chose this as a way station on the way to Sydney as it advertised high speed internet and I had morning video meeting I had to make. Internet was highly unstable and for, with no recourse from the hotel staff. Also chose this hotel because breakfast was included. Breakfast was pretty awful. Very, very limited choice. Absolutely no recourse for someone with gluten intolerance or someone avoiding dairy. I ate a banana and gave up. Bummer all around.」
