"Room fairly represented photos on line. Bed comfortable. Decor good. Bathroom adequate but cold and without heat. Heating in bedroom an electric radiator set at 35'c but struggled to cope, very hot to touch.
Let down by very seedy common parts \ entrance and smell. Adjacent club bar under very noisy \ boisterous.
Choosing ones own room code and inputting to the operators mobile was disconcerting. Loft access meant room insecure.
Clearly the operator is trying hard to achieve decent standards over time. Currently not a star worthy premises. "
