「The grounds of the property are beautiful! Great landscaping, Spanish style architecture, large pool area. The staff were great, friendly and very accommodating. The rooms are nice and clean, but have a few quirks. The TV was placed on the wrong wall (left side of the bed) had to turn your head to watch TV. lol The chairs in the room were very uncomfortable. Back breakers. Those are minor issues, great place to stay. 」

「The reception service at Carmocha restaurant is poor. They do not inform customers of available meal times in a timely manner, which not only causes waiting time but also results in poor service. It's terrible!」

「This room was petty expensive, over $100 and i was excited because they had recently remodeled. However, my room must've gotten all the old stuff from the new rooms. The bed was sagging and made very sloppy. The furniture had burns in it and was outdated. The ac unit was old as well. The security lock was gone and replaced with something old as well and the patch job was horrible. The worst was the repair to the door to block the 2 inch gap. They had scrap wood held together with duct tape and...
