「The rooms could have definitely been cleaner ... The amenities ie: microwave needs to be updated, the door wouldn't hardly open and it was just old and didn't work great ... My room needed to be caressed, it felt old and dirty... The door going outside did not lock so anybody can walk in at anytime and it was kinda scary walking in the side door ... Gnat's in my room totally drove me crazy」

「Last minute booking and usually do not stay at beach inns. Check in was frustrating due to lecture on parking which can be scarce. Noise level Saturday night was excessive and walls must be paper thin. My wife had a couple of things missing and I can't recall when we have had any concerns about items at risk of being taken. The facility is very clean and the location is great.」

「So many postiives to write here.
1-the location is superb. One block from the water and a couple of blocks walk to some of the best restaurants in town. The Oyster bar was so good we visited twice.
2- The B and B is perfect. A very warm host who instantly made you feel at home. There is a happy hour with draft beer every day!
3- The room is perfectly spacious, immaculately clean
