"Breakfast was too late for us to take advantage of it. Dirty floor in both elevators. No shampoo in the shower. Coffee pot in the room dirty, not cleaned. Telephone in the room dirty. Our room keys didn’t work the first two times they were issued then when we returned to our room later on the first day of our stay, keys didn’t work again. Desk staff stayed in the back, no staff visible at the desk. A/C in room worked properly. No fan in the bathroom so the room was very humid and sticky our whole stay. Thank God we didn’t stay here in the summer weather. Very poor rating for the amount they charged. Room rates were raised because it was graduation weekend at WVU. The wrong credit card was charged for our stay-we booked thru Hotels.com and they used a card previously used on Expedia without our knowledge. Highlight was availability of coffee in the hotel lobby. Very outdated hotel. Shower head about 6” in diameter, poor water pressure. Broke lotion dispenser on the wall in bathroom. Internet for tv wouldn’t work."

"Our room had a strong food odor, like curry had been cooked in there. When we first got to the room the window was slid open as if they attempted to air it out. It didn’t help at all, and the window screen was ripped off the frame leaving a big gaping hole. Anything could have flown in! Walls were dirty, outlets didn’t work. We left for dinner and came back and the smell was as strong as ever, like it was permeated in there."

"Really needed an extra hour after an event and the graciously grantes us extended stay. We were out earlier than expected but that courtesy allowed us time to change after the event before hitting the road and was much appreciated!"

"The room rate was high, parking was an extra change. It was downtown, so location was good. The room was a bit long in the tooth. Looked to be redone a couple years back but not well keep up. Almost, likes its the preferred party hotel for WVU students. Plus the party went on late on the floor above. Since I was there to pick up my daughter and only 1 night, no sense in complaining. "
