「Very good customer service」

「Bare minimum in all categories except the breakfast. That was very good with lots of choices. Thank had to switch rooms bc the 1st one smelled like mildew. They changed me quickly with no issues.」

「The room was very clean. I love clean rooms. The hotel is new. It was worth the money and it was very quiet. I wanted the top floor, but the third floor away from the elevator was just as good.」

「Pague un deposito de 30 Dolares, estuve dos noches, deje el sitio en condiciones sin trash totalmente limpio y de todas maneras no me Regresaron el deposito, la piel me picaba a la mañana tengo ronchas , no habia papel en el baño las tohallas estaban viejas y las sabanas tambien」

「The bedding was extremely dirty and unacceptable. The sheets had visible hair and skin flakes on them, making it obvious they had not been changed after the previous guest. The pillows were also filthy, with large sweat stains clearly visible. 」

「I walk with a walking stick, so the idea of not having the use of an elevator to get up & down to the 2nd floor was disturbing. I also felt there should have been regular drapes at the window. There was a transparent shade of some sort. I guess they couldn't see from the outside in, but you can see from the inside out. (Everything, all the light - night & day!) Other than that, for the money I spent - it really was a nice clean room. They've been remodeled w/walk-in showers, great feature! Still...

「Room was dirty had them small roaches I paid for a two bed only got one , I also wanted a none smoking room and guess what I got a smoking room , walls were dirty they look yellow , the staff person didn’t have a clue what he was doing it was night asked a question and he stayed quiet . Still waiting for my money back since I ended up leaving the same night . Please guys don’t stay here it’s ghetto and nasty my room was 116」

「​I ended up checking out early because I simply couldn't get a good night's rest here. The overall cleanliness was a major issue—the bed sheets did not feel properly cleaned, and the towels actually had hair on them. Fortunately, I always bring my own towels, but if you stay here, I highly recommend bringing Lysol and rubbing alcohol. ​On top of that, the room felt incredibly muggy and humid. It is not a place I will ever go to again, even on a budget.」

「The room was clean overall, but the bathroom smelled like stale butt. I found hair on the toilet seat, and the staff was not friendly at all. I got woken up to ppl talking loudly which really ticked me off. Overall stay, 1/10 oh, and there’s no cable😑also, I found blood on the bathroom door」

「i wouldn't stay again for the money you have to provide your own essentials clean and buy your own cleaning supplies take out your own trash it's sort of a hotel but not the people here are very nice and helpful but there are a few sketchy people no dishes etc not like other extended stays」
