"Most of the staff was outstanding, but unfortunately the first face that we encountered was unpleasant, and did not bother to greet us. Eventually, a man at the desk called us over to help. Over the next couple of days in the late afternoon, the same lady did not offer a smile or acknowledge me."
"This was my first stay at an ibis and hopefully the last. The room was so small! No dresser, no coffee machine (!), no wardrobe. A tiny window behind a giant curtain. The window shade was broken and didn’t open well (same thing in my colleague’s room). It’s too noisy to open the window. I’m 5’4” and I found the shower short. No shelf for products in the shower and no hand towel or wash cloth.
On the plus side, breakfast was good though very salty and the staff were nice."
"Great location for this small hotel. Walkable to train station, by free tram system incl tram to airport. Generous sized room. Good bed, nice coffee service, good bath. Clean. Ok breakfast buffet"
