"Arrived at the room to find out it overlooked the pool. Nowhere on the booking did it say I was going to be staring at an indoor pool in a room reeking of chlorine and listening to kids screaming and splashing until 11pm just to be woken up again by them at 8am when the pool reopened. There were long hairs all over the hotel room including one in my bed, and I lost count of how many were in the shower. There was also an old wash cloth bunched up under my fitted sheet. I will never stay here again it felt so dirty and was SO loud. "

"When we first entered the room we opened the blinds right away it came down so we had to get someone to fix it I hope I get my damage deposit back to because the room was perfect besides the blind it was like that already I think it was planned so they can take away the damage deposit I want that money back soon "

"The gym was nice. Had everything you needed for a quick pump. Pool room is clean and pool is warm. Staff goes above and beyond. 10/10. The tunnel system is nice in the winter, we didnt have to step outside if we didn't want to. "

"Friendly staff, limited food choices, very clean and comfortable. The room was nice & updated. The bed was comfortable & having AppleTV was great. There was a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. I definitely preferred staying here than my last stay in winnipeg at the Delta. "
