「Excellent stay!」

「The inn was very clean. My biggest complaint is with the amenities. 1- they only clean your room every day upon request. Not a big deal for us but some people may not like that. 2- the breakfast is unimpressive. Every day we went they were out of forks, coffee and half and half. Had to find the attendant to let her know. Toaster is broken- people were using waffle iron as a toaster. Very limited options. The water pitcher was empty 2 of the 4 days we went.」

「This property was in a good location for visiting Golden, Morrison and Red Rocks. It has many chain restaurants and stores nearby. Beautiful hotel and well maintained. The 2 queen bed with a trundle bed worked well for our family of 4 (2 teenagers). The breakfast was good and the dining room clean and spacious. Free parking onsite. Staff were all friendly and efficient.」

「We had been at a concert at Red Rocks and when we got back to the hotel, there was no hot water at all in the bathroom. We told the front desk and she said she would let the manager know. There was no apology or anything.」

Also, the curtains in the room could not be closed, so we could not sleep at noon because it was too bright. In addition, the water in the bathtub did not flow. However I stayed Thursday-Sunday and not only did house keeping not service my room one time but lied when I asked and said my do not disturb sign was up and could not give me a time they stopped by. I left every morning no later than nine A.M. and made sure there was nothing on the door.
