「The coffee in the lobby and the always available apples were great. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. Now the "however". Checking in a 3:30 (early!), we asked for a first floor room. The young clerk said they had none available. I asked if they could switch out a room with someone who had not checked in yet and she said those rooms were already assigned. (I have had other hotels in the area do that for me) Since we are 90 and 82 years old, we asked for a convenient 2nd floor room....
