「We stayed in the hacienda and our room was lovely. It was spacious and had a nice sitting area and balcony. The complimentary breakfast was simple but sufficed even for my husbands vegan diet. The fireplace seemed to have a mind of its own which is my only complaint about the room. The location is excellent and walkable to downtown and the rail yards. We would definitely come back here again!」

「It’s a beautiful and unusual place to stay with no staff on premises since its self check in and check out. Convenient parking in public garage about three blocks away is included in price. A bit hard to find, but worth it for its central location near the plaza and has restaurants, coffee shop and gallery which is its lobby all on the premises or next door. Rooms are impeccably finished and very quiet. Took just a minute to get used to the code access to lobby and room. Recommend if you like...

「Hotel was excellent. The only thing to check before arriving is whether the pool is open. They were awaiting external inspection before opening for the season I think (May 2026).」

「The staff is great. Drove to Santa Fe from out of state. Arrived early (4hrs.). Staff said no problem parking in garage. Also informed me my room was ready and for a small fee I could check in early. After a long drive it was great to get settled in my room. Staff provided a map of area, helpful advice for places to eat, and was always available when needed.」

The place is very unquiet, very old and in bad need of TLC, and major upgrades. Even though the room was clean it's fallen apart. conduit with wiring fallen off the wall. the shower has no place for soap like a tray on the walls.
