「I have never been received so warmly at any hotel in my entire life of travels. I wish I could remember the young ladies name who checked us in. She was so helpful and went out of her way to receive us. She literally followed me out to the car to take our luggage in, she stored it until our room was ready and when we returned everything was in our room. 「Apartment located near a high street, no matter we could buy food to cook or dine out were very convenience. Room is neat and tidy.Staff was friendly and helpful. Definitely a cosy place to stay.」

「Stayed for one night and could not fault it. In particular, the staff were attentive and extremely pleasant. We had dinner in the restaurant and the food was lovely with great service and it was reasonably priced. The hotel is city centre so a very good location but you will get a view of the street. Our room was a good size and very clean and overall hotel was clean and very nice.」

「Interesting interior, convenient location, good supplies of amenities. But kitchen not friendly enough if u really want to cook.」

「Lovely hotel in a historic converted building. Quiet luxury. Abigail in the spa does a wonderful lymphatic massage. Scones in the bar are a must.」

「員工服務良好 反應事項 及時處理」

「Loved the proximity to the Titanic Museum. The hotel was like a museum itself! Lovely stay, and the concierge team was so helpful!」

「Had a great stay. Lovely hotel. Lovely staff. Very clean.」

「No bottled water, insufficient seats and cups in the room for 3 adults. The air con didn’t work even the staff reset it, forcing us to open the window which made the room more noisy. 」

「Nice stay」

「Good location, friendly and efficient service, rich breakfast」

「Hotel was beautiful and rooms were very clean. The beds were really comfortable. Only downside was our room wasn't ready until after 4.30pm, we had to ask a few times. Breakfast was beautiful but chaotic. The hot food bar remained empty for lengthy periods and everyone was standing waiting for food to arrive.」

「Booked this Hotel last minute as there weren't to many other options, was pleasantly surprised how nice it was. The breakfast manager was great, we were well looked after..」

「在最後一天晚上，隔離兩個房間很嘈吵，引至不能入睡。 其他大至上都很好」
