Das junge Personal war sehr freundlich und bemüht. Für einen Aufenthalt, den man an Strand oder in der Umgebung verbringen möchte super geeignet. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Jedes Zimmer ist anders eingerichtet, Frühstück fein und ausreichend. Keine Hotelbar etc.

Great stay

The hotel is brilliant. The idea of it being run by students is great. The staff were all very friendly amd helpful. The hotel was well run, it was clean in all areas. The room was lovely, well decorated and clean. Breakfast was simple but nice. Overall we had a great stay, thank you

We werden verrast door de disney kamer, onze zoon van 4 vond het geweldig. We moesten met iets langer wachten voor we in de kamer konden maar dat werd opgelost door een hele aardige receptionist met iets lekkers en een drankje. Wij komen zeker terug.

Das Zimmer sah nicht aus wie auf den Bildern. Auf den Bildern schaut alles modern aus aber die Einrichtung und das Bad in unserem Zimmer war alt. Dazu war das Zimmer nicht sauber. Flecken und Staub war überall zusehen. Die Hygieneartikel mit denen beworben wird, waren leer und die Kaffeemaschine funktionierte nicht (nach Anfrage haben wir kostenlosen Kaffee auf das Zimmer erhalten) das Frühstück wurde nicht wie auf dem Zettel bestellt, vollständig aufgetischt. Das einzige was sehr gut war, war das Personal. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundliche und haben bei Herausforderungen geholfen. Dennoch reicht das nicht für einen weiteren Aufenthalt aus.

The staff was accommodating, helpful and friendly. The room was equipped with essentials and when i faced technical problems with the room i was upgraded to a different room. However, when i checked out i was accused unequivocally of smoking inside the room and I had to deal with that inconvenience until proven not guilty. That was annoyind and i did not appreciate it.

Option intéressante dans une ecole hôtelière

A par le programme TV très limité, le séjour d'affaires a été agréable. Le petit déjeuner est standard +. Quelques choix d'aliments chauds mais peu variés. Le personnel exagère un peu dans l'attention qu'ils portent aux clients. Mais c'est une école... Hors saison, le tarif est très compétitif.

Das studentische Personal, welches das Hotel führt, ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Weiter so!!! Ich würde jederzeit wieder dieses Hotel buchen. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Der Strand ist zu Fuß sehr gut zu erreichen. In wenigen Minuten ist man mit dem Auto in Den Haag.
