Breakfast is good. But we stayed 6 night , it has not changed a bit !!! Everyday was same.

It is a bit far away from the train station. Once you know the hotel location,it is quite convenient to take the tram to travel around.Good breakfast and strong wifi.

家庭開心遊
這次是家庭旅遊，小孩都很開心，我們的房間在10樓。。風景很好，還可以看到海，真的有點驚喜。。整體都很滿意，就是房間比較小了一點。。但考慮到價錢。還是可以接受的。酒店唯一的缺點是地庫停車場，不可以直達酒店。

Parkplatzkosten nicht angemessen 25 € pro Nacht, war nicht komplett nutzbar, da abgesperrt wegen Überflutung, mega enge Parkplätze. Lademöglichkeiten waren komplett gesperrt. Die Toilettenbrille war nicht sauber, musste leider nachputzen.Sonst sind die Zimmer, gut und gemütlich.

Het personeel ontvangt je met open armen. Ook is het fijn dat je door middel van een check in/check out paal zelf kan in en uit checken. Wel heb ik een kleine spiegel gemist die je bijvoorbeeld van de muur kan halen voor bijvoorbeeld je make up om dat bij het raam te doen. Verder erg tevreden over het hotel.

Prima accommodatie voor een stedentrip. Alles ligt op loop/fietsafstand. Voor e-bikes onduidelijkheid over oplaad mogelijkheden en stalling. Online check in werkt niet. Uiteindelijk nog ruim een half uur moeten wachten. Online check out werkte prima.

Zimmer und Betten wirklich gut. Was mich sehr geärgert hat: Entweder es war nicht gut sichtbar oder ich habe es tatsächlich übersehen: Den eventuellen Hinweis auf die Baustelle im EG - in der Buchungsbestätigung war der Hinweis enthalten - , aber in der Hotel-Offerte m.E. nicht. Wegen der Baustelle war der Frühstücksraum kalt, ebenso wie Bestandteile des Frühstücks , die warm sehr viel besser schmecken. Und dann diese Ungemütlichkeit am Abend:Anstatt einen Aperitif in angenehmer Umgebung zu genießen , gibt es irgendwelche Drinks aus irgendeiner Kiste in unangenehmer Umgebung. Das Ganze mag ein Einzelfall gewesen sein, hat aber mein Vertrauen in "Novotel" deutlich gestört.

Very convenient
Stayed here while attending a conference at the World Forum. It was extremely convenient! The hotel was under renovation so less services than normal but I still enjoyed breakfast. Would have liked a little more diversity of choices over the week.

コンベンションセンターの隣に位置している。 ホテルはきれいで何も問題なし。 スタッフも親切。 今回は1泊のみのステイで回りをしっかり確認できていないが、トラムの駅までも10分弱。

Recommended!
Friendly staff, nice bar/breakfast, spacious clean room…everything we’ve come to expect from Novotel :) this is also in a great location to explore The Hague - pleasant walk all the way to the beach or downtown. Parking was a bit expensive, but would be our only complaint

Stayed for 3 nights 1st to 4th of September. Individual rooms, but travelled with 4 friends (to get a second parkrun Z...!) The hotel is located in the diplomatic area of the city. With a short walk of a tram stop, and Rotterdam is a short train ride away. We found getting the 3 day Pass worked well for us, as we mostly used the trams. The hotel was clean and bright, with a shop in the lobby, where one could buy hot and cold drinks and snacks. All staff I met were helpful and friendly. I’d like to particularly mention Mirjam on Reception, who was very kind to me. And the team of domestic staff who ensured my room was spotless.

Dog cookies were a pleasant surprise for my dog. The room was very comfortable, perhaps only a bit warm. The view is simply magnificent.

The room had the moquette stained and ruined. The bathroom need some revision. The air conditioner very noisy. All together excellent location for the forum but not worth the price. Breakfast far too expensive

Preis/Leistung mangelhaft. Bei 140€ pro Nacht sollte man ein sauberes Zimmer erwarten können. Minibar und der Schrank mit Wasserkocher dreckig, unter dem Bett lagen Verpackungsreste. Mülleimer wurde bei der Zimmerreinigung nicht leert. Parken 4€ pro Stunde oder 25€ Tagestarif.

Grundsätzlich hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt in Den Haag, nur leider ließ die Sauberkeit etwas zu wünschen über. Während meine einjährige Tochter auf dem Boden noch Krümel entdeckte und sich fröhlich in den Mund schieben wollte, durften wir Erwachsenen im Badezimmer an den Wänden Dusche noch Duschgelreste unserer Vorgänger bestaunen. Die „Betten“ waren dafür aber sehr bequem und es gibt riesige Fernseher in den Zimmern. Das Frühstück und das komplette Erdgeschoss glänzen im Vergleich zu den Zimmern. Alles sehr sauber und schick, das Personal ist sehr nett. Aber alles in Allem kein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Only the slippery bath enamel!
My one concern was with the slippery bath enamel and needing to use "grab bars" that were not designed for the purpose. Perhaps a roll-up mat could be provided to guests to use as they please?
