要住老城內的話，是較經濟的選擇。

此公司將多家民宅隔間後改裝為旅店，全憑運氣看看分到的時何處。此次入住7天，分到的是一間小閣樓，一不小心頭就會碰到樑柱。浴室小得沒有地方放盥洗包。連小桌前都沒有張椅子，必須坐在沙發上打電腦。早餐不在旅店內，要走到另外一家專屬餐廳用餐，但是早餐內容豐富，每天有蔬菜沙拉及各式各樣的cheese

In the heart of the old Delft

We usually travel extensively around the world and this was our first trip since the COVID-19 lock-down in France. Our room reservation was for a studio located in the upper section of a building that has been renovated. If you are an older person who doesn't negotiate many steep stairs (i.e as steep as a ladder in a tree house), then this place may not be for you. Outside of that, the room was great and equipped with all the kitchen/dining/living room amenities with very good design ideas and thoughts behind it. Our unit didn't have AC yet but had a fan (good thing because it was very hot 36C). Located right in the heart of Delft close to popular squares and even walking distance to the Delft Pottery factory. Good and welcoming staff. We were disappointed that our room was totally out of coffee (something that the cleaning staff should pay attention to). Fantastic "a la carte" breakfast with lots of choices served at staggered times to respect social distancing. Next door to the Saturday town market and next door to a grocery store. Parking is quite expensive though if you wish to be parked very close to the hotel. Highly recommended if you can deal with steep stairs. The steep stairs situation should be clearly identified on the website in order not to be surprised on arrival.

Great place to stay !

Very friendly and helpful staff, great location in the city center close to many restaurants and shops, awesome breakfast. The room was too small though, a huge bed and a tiny bathroom, you cannot open entirely the bathroom door as the bed is too big for this small bedroom. Bad soundproof too.

Very Funky Flats, little hard to get the suitcase up to the 3rd floor on the steep stairs, but the great location and cool factor make up for that!

Tutto sommato soddisfacente

Appartamento in zona centralissima molto ben arredato e dotato di tutti i confort. Senza aria condizionata, probabilmente normalmente non serve, ma con i 33 °C presenti durante il mio soggiorno se ne è sentita la mancanza, il ventilatore in dotazione non è stato sufficiente a migliorare il confort. Se si arriva in macchina, essendo situato in un'area pedonale, non è disponibile il parcheggio, la macchina va lasciata in uno dei parcheggi a pagamento disponibili nelle vicinanze (circa 800 m) al costo minimo di 16€ al giorno (dipende dal parcheggio utilizzato). Infine la rampa di scale per accedere alle camere è decisamente ripida, la sconsiglierei a chi ha problemi di deambulazione o fatica a salire le scale.

Check in a bit frustrating because it tells one address and then on the door it tells you to go to another address to check-in, which is an actual office so why not give that address?? Then from the office you get your key and go to your actual room. BUT it was well worth that little blip... the property was fabulous! Two rooms: living area with sofa and huge tv and separate room for bedroom and bath. Exceptional little touches to welcome: chocolates, espresso machine with options set-up. Robe. Slippers. Refrigerator. SUPER hospitality! Great front desk help! VERY clean! Excellent location near everything! Tried to stay another night, didn’t want to leave! Did have a breakfast though I did not do it.

Highly overrated

Delft is a wonderful city and the apartments of LADelft are located near all the action. We came with high expectations, but much of the information provided in our hotels.com confirmation turned out to be factually incorrect. The “superior apartment with city view” we reserved and paid for was unbelievably small and cramped. What was listed as 45 square meters turned out to be 32.6 square meters (we measured it). Attached is a picture of the bedroom, which measured 6.1 square meters, slightly larger than the size of the bed itself, which therefore necessitated major acrobatics to get into. This “premium kingsize” bed consisted in fact of two small matrasses, held together by a sheet, which separated at the slightest movement. Very uncomfortable. The “city view” concerned the courtyard of the neighbor’s house (see picture). The luxury furniture included a wobbly 4 sqft dining table (picture). There was no information whatsoever on how to operate the non-trivial shower and other equipment. We felt disappointed and cheated, and mentioned this to the receptionist (whose office was located several hundreds of meters away from the apartment). This lady said that she agreed and understood our frustration, but was unable to do something about this since “all the other apartments were occupied”. Since we only know the apartment we were given, we can of course not exclude that LADelft has also better ones, Our apartment was not a “luxury” one by any stretch of the imagination.

Excellent location in the center of Delft. Our studio apartment is one of four in an old house that appeared to have been recently updated with modern furniture and a well equipped kitchen and spacious bathroom. Queen bed was in a separate space separated from the rest of the apartment with a curtain. Really nice view of the canal and only minutes away from the Market square. The excellent buffet breakfast was included and served in "the Lounge" just steps away from our apartment. The Delft city center has lots of great restaurants and bars with indoor and heated covered outdoor seating.

The check in process was really straightforward and the staff were lovely! The only issue was there were extra service fees charged on top of what was listed on Expedia. This meant it went from being around $270 for two nights to around $340 which when you're traveling with a budget means I would have stayed elsewhere for less.

ottima posizione, situata in prossimità di piazza del mercato. L'appartamene è bel allestito con un angolo cultura molto apprezzato. Però tuttavia non è adatto a tutti coloro che hanno dei problemi con le gambe, poiché l'appartamento ha una scale molto piccola con la rampa prosciutto ripida per raggiungere sia al bagno sia alla zona notte. Inoltre, ci ha dato molto FASTIDIO che la struttura non ha il prezzo trasparente; abbiamo dovuto pagare un extra clean fee del 10% circa che non è stato indicato nella nota della prenotazione.
