Vieze voegen in badkamer, kapotte wasbak. Vieze vlekken op deuren en muren, erg gehorig qua geluid van autoweg etc. Hotel doet erg armoedig aan Terwijl je toch €95 betaald

Leider keine minibar. Da es sehr warm im Zimmer war, trotz draußen 15 Grad mussten wir das Fenster aufmachen, dann war es unglaublich laut und man konnte dadurch schlecht schlafen. Mobiliar alt, viele silberfische. Kein Vergleich zu anderen hotels. Rezeptionist war nett. Ansonsten, besser als Camping weil eigenes Bad mit wnane aber das wars auch schon

Avoid if you can

Noisy as very near busy road. Hotel is old and worn and in need of refurbishment. No air conditioning so with windows open you hear all the traffic noise and a little difficult obtaining a fan. A bit disorganised in particular at the bar but not helped by restrictions on Covid. We arrived a little early check was 3pm a we knew that but the receptionist did not even try to check I’d the rooms were ready and that was at 2.45, oh well you live and learn and the Dutch are normally much more helpful and nice. Personally I would avoid if you have the choice. WiFi is very good.

WORST HOTEL STAY EVER! YOU’VE BEEN WARNED

WORST HOTEL STAY IN MY LIFE! You couldn’t pay me to stay in this hotel again. The staff were rude, insincere and useless. We had several big bags, a dog and one of us was heavily pregnant. When we checked in, the concierge asked if we had any COVID symptoms to which we said no. His response “keep it that way”. That in itself sums up the rudeness of the hotel staff. We asked if anyone could help us to our room and the concierge smirked, and all he offered was a trolley. So we struggled with our bags and got to the room. It was disgusting. Marks and stains everywhere, the tv didn’t work, the lights didn’t work. Words can’t describe how vile the room was. We were only staying one night so decided to just deal with it and headed down to the bar for food. We waited an age to be served, and when we asked if they had anything suitable to feed our dog the waitress just looked at us, muttered something and went away. All they could offer was a steak, which was fine but this hotel is meant to be dog friendly. However, we were treated like leper’s by staff and guests because we had a dog (even though he was kept on a lead and away from everyone). When we finally got the food it was just as disgusting and vile as the room, as well as overpriced. The next morning we come down to our scheduled breakfast slot. We had to check out at 11 but the service was so slow and poor (they gave us the wrong order) we rushed to eat the food. Overall, this hotel offers nothing but sheer disappointment.

Kamer was om 16u nog niet klaar, was ook niet volledig proper en de ijskast was gesloten. Nadien wilden we eten in Hotel, we hadden niet gereserveerd en er was geen plaats, maar de ganse avond konden we zien dat er nog heel veel plaats was. De vriendelijkheid kon wel wat betet

Voor een viersterrenhotel is dit hotel wat gedateerd, mag wel gemoderniseerd worden. Het ontbijt was normaal maar werd onvoldoende aangevuld. Er zaten veertien mensen in de ontbijtzaal te wachten op broodjes, iemand had hier al wat van gezegd en toen ze bijgevuld werden kwamen ze met 8 broodjes aan.

Net hotel, sfeerloze omgeving

Door de ligging in een kantorengebied en aan een drukke weg een ietwat sfeerloos geheel, maar we kwamen om te overnachten, niet meer en niet minder.Schone, ruime kamer, net sanitair. We hebben niet ontbeten dus kunnen daar niet over oordelen. Fletcher hanteert overigens een wat ondoorzichtig beleid betreffende het ontbijt: bij het ene hotel is het wel inbegrepen, bij het andere, zoals bij dit hotel, weer niet. Nu zou het ons 16,50 pp kosten, dan maar ontbijt bij de HEMA....

Het personeel is vriendelijk en wil graag terwille zijn. De accomodaties is zeer oud en kan wel en renovatie gebruiken. Kamers, zeer beperkt aan stopcontacten en die er zijn, zitten op rare plaats. Vloerbedekking zeer, zeer oud. Muren kunnen wel een nw kleur gebruiken. Bedden zijn ook veelvuldig gebruikt en mogen vervangen worden.
