「We were excited for our trip. Reviews on several different travel sites had this property rated in the mid to upper 8/10 stars with thousands of reviews. We walked into our room and were very disappointed. There was what appeared to be pubic hairs all over the bathroom floor. The bathroom sink had stains (easily removed with water and a paper towel). 「I used AI to help me find a VERY CLEAN hotel at a reasonable price with a great breakfast included. The Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Knoxville Lenoir City/I-75 was at the top of the list and I used others' comments to help me decide. My stay even exceeded my expectations. The other thing I was not aware of was it's recent updates and how pleasant it was to feel like I was in a "new" place. Definately a 5 star stay!」

「For $159 a night it’s a very good value and most important the beds were very comfortable and so were the pillows」

「The only issue with the property was the Breakfast. Not sure what it was or how we were supposed to have breakfast. Otherwise we had rented the handicapped room and it was exactly what we needed for our Son」

「Everything was clean and staff was very helpful.」

「Its a very nice, clean and spacious room. The counter is friendly too. I made a fool of myslef, when I swipe the door key card and pulled the handle down. It didn't open the door. Went down to the friendly counter, then finds out, instead of pulling dow , you need to pull up the handle to open the door. It is a interesting way of opening door.」

「Great staff. Fabulous breakfast every day」

「Mattress was hard as concrete」

「First room was in the ground level and it smelled very moisty I asked if it was possible to get another room and the lady was kind enough to change us. No issues after that.」
