「Very clean new property」

「Staff was all so kind and everything was spotless. The breakfast was among the best ever at a hotel and we travel frequently.」

「We chose Stay USA because of the amenities. The pool, hit tub and breakfast. The pool was down and the breakfast had very little choices. No eggs, just sausage gravy and biscuits for only protein. No juices, they were out. Did not taste good. The room smelled of body odor, the AC didn't work so room was hot all night. The bathtub didn't drain. The moisture fan in bathroom didn't work. We almost left without refund. Don't recommend staying anywhere in Hot Springs SD.」

「We have found our favorite pet friendly place to stay ! We have stayed in various places in SF for travel on trips out west with our pets. This is the best one! Super clean, very nice staff who were able to put us on first floor. Comfy beds, decent sized room. The hot tub and pool were great to loosen up stiff muscles after a long drive. Nice grassy area to walk the dogs. We will definitely make this our preferred place to stay when we are back this way.」

「The room was clean and we enjoyed a good breakfast with plenty of options. We had an early afternoon and I spent an hour in a very lovely indoor pool. The hotel is close to Custer State Park and within an hour of Keystone and 10 minutes from Crazy Horse Memorial.」

「Very nice room. Bed was comfortable. However our suite was next to the elevator so we listened to the elevator going up and down until about 11 pm.」
