6/10 Okay

"Room was clean and bed was comfortable. AC was loud and the TV was difficult to operate. The remote didn’t seem to work, we tried different things on the TV itself but eventually just gave up. When we went to ask the desk clerk for help, he was very busy and looked like another staff person would have been helpful. Breakfast was not great either. The biscuits were still frozen. We probably would not stay here again."

"Very friendly staff, especially Khan at the front desk, he is so nice and helpful when I requested for a quiet room, the room is very clean, the bed is comfortable, and the breakfast is very good, I would stay in this hotel again if I have a chance to be in this area again."

"The fact it was connected to the airport and reasonably priced . I had asked for a handicapped room and it was supposedly that , but it had nothing a handicapped person would need, toilet was very low , nothing to hold on too when getting up from the toilet no handles in the shower no shower seat . My Mom could not even take a shower due to nothing in there for safety. While she used the toilet we had to help her up every time which upset her greatly as she wants to be as independent as possible ."

"Rooms did not have air conditioning . Hotter than heck . Offered pop cycles or ice cream sandwiches .. lol. . Why not a room discounted next stay . Bathroom by the front desk was absolutely disgusting!! Front desk man was running his butt off trying to accommodate everyone . Poor guy .. really really disappointed."
