「I had several issues with this property. I do not normally post negative comments but I feel that it is necessary in this case. First, and most importantly, I requested a soft pillow. 「Super friendly staff. Hotel has rustic feel to it which was great. Staff lady named Marilyn cooked omelets for everyone at breakfast time. Very rare to stay at a hotel these days where a staff member does that.」

「I have already mentioned my comments on the awful experience on check in the morning the manager apologized profusely but did not offer any remedy for the way I was treated and berated. Some kind of discount or even a refund would have been appreciated. I was not looking for a free nights stay so I paid my bill, but more than an apology would have been appreciated.」
