"Room was clean staff was friendly and the bed was comfy! We had an adjoining room and had a lot of noise from the next room but the rest of the stay was great. "

"We arrived to no shampoo or body wash in the shower, requested three times and still never received. We scheduled two airport transfers but one was ultimately canceled yet still charged for it. Only good thing was check in was super quick"

"Paid for a balcony room, which was an additional fee. Got there and was told they had no king suites. So they gave me a 2 queen room. No towels, no trash lining, so soaps or make up cloths. There was hair in the rub and dust all over. I called front desk for towels they brought them the next morning. They told me to shower in the room next door. That room was a king suite. The room didn’t have a balcony. It looked like all the balcony rooms were being remodeled. "

"Breakfast was basic, not too great but sustaining. The waterpark is awesome, my daughter loved the 2 hours we were able to swim during our 2 night stay. Winter hours were only 4pm to 9pm, so our vacation was about a month too early :("
