"We have stayed at Dunes village every year for the past 7+ years and I can honestly say the rooms are outdated. The hotel is not as appealing as it used to be. I enjoy the location and amenities but the property needs major updates."

"Overall it is a good place to stay because of the location close of many restaurants like Hook & Barrels , groceries stores and golf courses like Grand Dunes . Room are OK and have great bathrooms. However some members of the staff need to learn how to smile to the customers."

"The room was clean but when i asked to have the lining changed, I had to do it myself,, There was no buffet breakfast and the lounge was closed.But other than that we had a great stay.."

"everything was ok except the remodeling they said it was online that they’re remodeling when back didn’t see that. I checked in on Thursday starting complaining on Friday - Saturday. They told me I could get a refund for one day and find another place to stay. There was nothing they can do because I used a third party. Asked to hear every year this is a very trouble visit for what I paid. On my reviews they sent me back AI answers I can tell. The manager told me through party needs to give a better information worst day ever. I had to listen to noise for three days. I asked the guy to stop, but he said he could not not in his contract."

"My family of four really enjoyed our stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The property is beautiful and we loved the shipyard in general. The shuttle to coligney was a great amenity as well. Would recommend and would return."
