「If they send you a 10 digit number and a blanked out email, the 10 digit number is the contact phone number and it is not the one on the website. There is an issue with emails and Expedia I guess so they will text you that as it isn't the one on the website. The service seems to operate only from 9am-5pm EST so calls outside of those hours may go unanswered. Otherwise, they were quick and prompt to resolve any issues, cottage was clean, beds were comfy, blankets were very warm, bathroom is tiny...

We have a child in a wheelchair they said we could have handicap room on 1st floor for extra 30. We already paid but didn't want to carry everything up stairs so paid the extra. The pool was freezing and there was no bathtub or railings by commode in their handicap room. We go so the kids can swim, but pool is not heated. Breakfast」
