「Wonderful hotel」

「I would never stay in this hotel again. The staff is just absolutely amazingly inadequate. Anything you ask for it takes forever to get not to mention they’re severely understaffed room was dirty sheets were dirty upon check-in and dealing with the Bellman was a whole different world than anything we’ve ever dealt with, we will likely never stay at another Hilton due to this experience」

「Perfect location」

「Great location, short walk to Ryman and Broadway, but far enough away to stay out of the fray and noise. Staff was courteous and helpful. 「Perfect location, friendly staff, good breakfast, clean rooms and nice pool - amazing place 5 minutes away from Broadway. I recommend it a hundred percent. 」

「ABSOLUTELY magnificent. It's the Omni folks. They are the GOLD STANDARD!」
